Open Events At Ormiston Forge Academy

Ormiston Forge Academy in Cradley Heath is throwing open its doors this month to prospective students and their parents at its annual Open Events on Thursday 25th September and Saturday 27th September.

Children who are due to start secondary school in September 2015 and their parents are invited to visit the Forge to gain a taster of life at the academy. The academy achieved record breaking A level results this Summer as well as a first class set of GCSE results.

The doors will be open from  6.00pm–8.30pm on Thursday and 9am until 12 on Saturday.

Visitors will be able to try out science experiments, view paintings, watch demonstrations in the Food Technology department, interact with the Geography and History departments and meet our Principal Andrew Burns amongst many other things. Also in attendance will be the The Access Project who help our student improve their grades even more and get them into a top university.
